I started working out when the boys and I were living at my parents’ house, and upped it at the gym once we moved back home.
Two glorious hours a day, to myself (really, considering the time spent dropping the boys off, picking them up, and changing diapers in between, 1.5 hours - well, 30 minutes of which are spent showering).
It’s been a month and a half, and I haven’t really been looking for changes.
They’re there though.
After I realized I’d been pulling off and putting on my jeggings without unbuttoning them, I took to the scale.
Minus 12 lbs.
I celebrated by running 5 K.
-And pulled a muscle in my neck somewhere in that last .1 mi, so I took today off.
Dare I say that I missed my workout today…?
